Only individuals who (a) have reached the age of majority (eighteen years old), (b) have legal capacity to enter into contracts and (c) are living in the People’s Republic of China (excluding the Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions) may order products through the Client Relations Centre or on the Website. If you are under the age of majority or otherwise cannot lawfully enter into a contract, you must have your parent or guardian place an order on your behalf and thereby assent to these Conditions of Sale. Any orders placed in contravention to this provision shall be null and void.
By placing an order through the Client Relations Centre or on the Website, you represent and warrant that you are a bona fide end-user Customer and will not deliver, sell or otherwise distribute Van Cleef & Arpels products or purchase Van Cleef & Arpels products for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
For your convenience, Van Cleef & Arpels’ e-Boutique offers standard delivery as shipping method. The shipping method displayed at checkout will be the only one available for the creation(s) you have chosen. Available shipping methods will depend on the stock location of the creation(s).

You will be informed of the cost for your selected shipping method at checkout, as well as in the order summary displayed before you confirm your order.

As a consumer based in the People’s Republic of China, you have the right to return a product ordered on the Website or through the Client Relations Centre, for refund, within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product.
To exercise your right of return, you must call our Clients Relations Center to obtain by email a return form mentioning the Return Number (RN) and send back the product to the Van Cleef & Arpels Returns Department by following the return process set forth in the conditions of sales.
If you exercise your right of return, we will refund to the original buyer (and not to the gift receiver, in case of a gift) the price of the product paid by the original buyer, within seven (7) days from the date of receipt by Van Cleef & Arpels of the returned product, provided that the returned product has satisfactorily passed our Quality Control.
We will carry out such reimbursement to the original buyer only and using the same means of payment as used by the original buyer for the initial transaction. If you have used cash-on-delivery to pay for your order, please provide your bank account information on the return form or call our Client Relations Centre to provide your card details and identity certificate, for Van Cleef & Arpels to be able to refund the price of your product.
