    Van Cleef & Arpels unveils a new flagship in Beijing China World

    In April 2019, the Maison opens a new boutique in Beijng China World, in the heart of Beijing’s Central Business District, on the prestigious Chang An Avenue.

     

    Expressing the Van Cleef & Arpels elegant universe, the 323 square meters flagship welcomes the guests to discover the enchanting and innovative spirit of the Maison’s creations. The shimmering façade of the boutique, as well as the inner walls and the embroidered panels, are decorated with a hexagonal motif, inspired by the Art Deco Ludo bracelet, an emblematic creation of the Maison. This flagship also offers a “Salon 1906”, showcasing a curated selection of heritage and iconic pieces dating from the 1930’s.

     

    The boutique displays new iconic creations from Alhambra® and Perlée collections, among other signature pieces, like Between the Finger rings and High Jewelry creations.

    Marina Bay Sands’ boutique reopens its doors in Singapore

    Located in one of Singapore’s most prestigious shopping destinations, the newly-renovated Van Cleef & Arpels boutique at the Shoppes, in Marina Bay Sands, reopened its doors after a dazzling transformation and relocation.

     

    In this boutique, the visitors are welcome to discover the “Salon 1906”, an intimate space dedicated to the Maison’s heritage pieces and to its emblematic creations highlighting its distinctive style. The boutique also presents iconic jewelry creations and poetic timepieces.

     

    The room’s walls, shaped after the hexagonal outline of the Place Vendôme, feature charming iconography from the archives to portray themes dear to the Maison.

    In December 2018, the Maison opens a new boutique in Shanghai IFC, at the heart of Shanghai financial center, on the prestigious Century Avenue.

     

    The largest Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in China is adorned with Art Deco elements. Its shimmering facade, as well as the inner walls and the embroidered panels, are decorated with a hexagonal motif, reminiscent of the typical Art Deco Ludo bracelet, an emblematic creation of the Maison. This flagship is also the first in China to integrate a room dedicated to Van Cleef & Arpels’ history and heritage.

     

    An intimate space, the boutique will display new iconic creations from Alhambra® and Perlée collections, among other signature pieces, like Between the Finger Rings.  The customers are also invited to discover High Jewelry creations and vintage pieces from Van Cleef & Arpels’ private collection.

    "Precious Art Deco Objects" exhibition

    The collection, amassed for the Princess Catherine Aleya Aga Khan, wife of the Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan, features some incredible masterpieces, attesting to a remarkable innovativeness, imagination, skills and savoir faire.

     

    These precious objects, whose craftsmanship was as important as their function, were specially designed for the first wave of ‘liberated’ women in the 1920s: women who smoked, enjoyed going out, applied make-up in public and dare publically keeping an eye on their watch. 

     

    The exhibition at L’École, School of Jewelry Arts showcases the multiple Chinese, Japanese, Persian and European influences on these exceptional Art Deco objects.

     

    Free entrance April 4th to 25th
